Do your lights come with different color settings?

Yes, many of our LED lights come with multiple color options and adjustable brightness levels, allowing you to set the perfect mood for your room or workspace.

How long does shipping take?

  • EU Countries: 2-10 business days
  • America: 3-10 business days
  • International: 3-14 business days
    You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority! 

Are the lights battery-operated?

Currently, our lights are USB-powered only and do not have a wireless option. This ensures a continuous, stable light source without needing to replace batteries.
